^{專業的師傅會使用客人所選的顏色並為施工地方進行批灰, 油漆打磨等翻新工程。}

^{第 4 步 ─ 清潔}

^{工程完成後，我們會將傢俱搬回原處，並清理現場任何由工程期間產生的廢物，才將煥然一新的家居交到客人手中。}

Step 1. Assessment

Our expert will first visit your place /home to assess the conditions of the areas which require painting free of charge. After that, we will provide a reliable recommendation of painting work in the quotation for our customer.

Step 2. Protection

Before starting the painting work, we will take utmost care to move and wrap your furniture as well as cover your floor to ensure least damage.

Step 3. Painting/wallpaper

Our expect will start to do the painting/wallpaper work.

Step 4. Cleaning

In the end, we will help to do the basic clean and arrange the furniture back to their original spots and place.

工程一般會以以下因素作計算, 評估出合理的收費

1. 單位的呎數與房間的數量
2. 油漆品質種類
3. 牆身狀況如施工的工序數量及複雜情況
4. 事前準備工作
5. 舊漆顏色深淺、裂痕多少等現場環境因素影響

油漆工程之前，我們的專人會先對單位牆身進行評估，決定是要在舊牆上直接翻油、執灰翻油、還是鏟底批灰再翻油。務求在開工前為客人評估出合理的收費，我們的專業師傅會上門實地查看，再作報價

We charge reasonable price for the service, which is affected by the following factors:

1. Size of areas and quantity of rooms
2. Brand and type of painting
3. Condition of the wall/areas and the frequency of paint that needs-
4. Preparation before working( empty or full of furniture’s area)
5. Condition with its own color/ crack  or the environment issue

We will go through to evaluate the condition of the area before starting the work, it is an important step on how the work should we do on the painting work.

For charging a reasonable price, our experienced contractors will visit your place to quote for the service.
